Sammy's Singles Kicks Off First Ever Speed-Dating Event In Tri-State Area
In today’s weakened economy we see many businesses closing doors and laying off employees. So what kind of business would open up during this recession? Introducing Sammy’s Singles, LLC, speed-dating - the first of its kind, ever in the tri- state area. You may remember the movie “Hitch” or watching the popular television series and movie, “Sex in the City.” And you may have wondered exactly how does speed-dating work…
Sammy’s Singles is hosting its first latino event on Thurs., Sept. 24th @ 7p. This event will be held at the Hagerstown Hotel & Convention Center (formerly the Sheraton) 1910 Dual Highway, Hagerstown MD. Each event will begin at 7 pm. The guests will sign-in and mix and mingle until the speed-dating begins. The guests will be seated opposite sexes across from one and another. The guests will have approximately 4 minutes to talk to each other. After 4 minutes the males move up a seat while the females remain seated. This is wonderful opportunity for singles to meet other singles in person and in a safe environment.
The tickets are $25.00 and include free soft drinks and snacks, door prizes and a cash bar. Seating is limited and advance registration is required. A portion of the proceeds goes to AIDS AWARENESS.
